The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development of new reporting capabilities that provide valuable insights from data sources across the billing platform. This includes supporting enhanced reporting on key processes such as client setup, data delivery, and core billing. The role involves analyzing and validating new business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to build business requirement documents, executing data analysis, and building SQL and report layouts in collaboration with the technology team. The AVP will also be responsible for preparing test cases, supporting product enhancements, and documenting procedures to control activities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10-14 years' of experience, preferably in the financial services and banking industry. A strong background in business intelligence tools, particularly OBIEE and OAS, is essential, with experience in ORMB being preferred. The role requires a candidate with a solid understanding of complex operational activities related to the analysis and reporting of financial data, as well as experience in variance analysis and reporting insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in writing business requirement documents, test cases, and executing test scenarios. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
