The role requires a proven track record in electric utility construction, with a strong emphasis on translating field execution into predictable safety, quality, schedule, margin, and customer outcomes. The VP will also be tasked with building and maintaining strategic customer relationships, deepening current accounts, and originating new business opportunities. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in electric utility transmission and distribution construction, with a background that demonstrates increasing leadership responsibility and business accountability.
