The Company is seeking a Director or Vice President of Asset Management to lead the performance of its national portfolio of manufactured housing communities. This key leadership role is highly visible and cross-functional, with a focus on driving NOI growth through rent optimization, occupancy management, and the execution of business plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing asset-level KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting, as well as managing and developing the procurement strategy. Additionally, the role involves identifying and executing value creation initiatives, supporting acquisitions underwriting, and participating in investment and lease committee discussions.
