Strong communication skills, the ability to balance client needs with associated risks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. The role requires a candidate with a general business background, knowledge of business credit, and an understanding of how business needs vary by industry. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred, along with a strong current business network.
