The Company is seeking a Vice President of Hospice to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all hospice operations and driving strategic growth, quality, and financial performance across the division. This role requires a leader with a strong background in multi-site hospice management, an excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COPs, and a proven track record in managing budgets, quality outcomes, workforce planning, and operational performance. The Vice President will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and accreditation standards, as well as partnering with business development leaders to enhance referral relationships and increase market share.
