The role also requires day-to-day leadership of the team, including coaching, setting priorities, and managing execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, prior experience in AI/ML, analytics, or data science, and a proven track record of leading projects in a cross-functional environment.
