The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership across financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, financial planning, actuarial analysis, rate development, risk revenue, and procurement. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' related experience, with a focus on strategic leadership, financial management, and team building, and at least 5 years in the managed care or healthcare industry. The SVP will be a key liaison for transformation planning, oversee financial investments and costing decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicaid and Medicare plans, with a preference for those with supervisory experience in this area. Essential skills include excellent knowledge of finance functions, expert understanding of financial structures, and strong leadership and relationship management abilities.
