This role involves leading the design of advanced underwriting models, partnering with technology and product teams to integrate automated credit decisioning tools, and engaging with external funding partners and insurers to align on risk methodologies. The Head of Credit Risk will also oversee multi-market risk reporting and lead strategic cross-functional governance initiatives. Applicants must have a degree in a quantitative discipline and a proven track record in credit underwriting, risk strategy, or risk modeling within trade finance or fintech environments. A deep background in credit risk model development, monitoring, and governance frameworks is essential, as is experience in supply chain finance, cross-border receivable finance, factoring, or trade credit insurance products. The role requires exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities and business proficiency in English and Mandarin to manage regional stakeholder relationships.
