The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Workflow, Automation, and AI within its Strategic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering automation and digital workflow changes, from the initial identification of opportunities to the deployment and measurement of benefits. This role involves identifying processes suitable for automation or AI, designing target workflows, and ensuring the effective implementation of solutions. The VP will work closely with the Technology, Data & Delivery leader and will be expected to have a deep understanding of private assets processes, strong technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in automation and process improvement. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in private assets accounting or operations, with a proven track record in automation deployment and workflow design. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, and a professional accounting designation is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage effectively with both operational teams and technology partners.
