The Company is seeking a Head of International Fundraising Solutions for Individual Fundraising. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to assess and test new areas of income from individuals, with a focus on digital engagement tools. This role is pivotal in leading the collaboration with teams to develop solutions that bridge global offerings and test new opportunities, particularly in the context of a digital-first fundraising strategy. The Head will work closely with the core programs' heads and the Business Intelligence Hub to ensure that data and insights drive decision-making. They will also be part of the senior management team in Global Supporter Engagement, contributing to a culture that is target-driven and uses data to create a best-in-class supporter experience. Applicants must have an advanced degree in a relevant field and at least 10-12 years' of progressive experience in individual fundraising, ideally with a background that includes both national and international not-for-profit organizations. The role requires a natural self-starter with a proven track record in delivering income from individuals, including experience in digital integration and performance marketing. The Head will be expected to lead and manage projects, work with multi-country teams, and ensure that the organization's fundraising efforts are in line with its strategic objectives. Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to think creatively and deliver on commitments. The candidate should be fully committed to the aims of the organization and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
