The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investor Relations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of investor relations activities, including the preparation and delivery of high-quality investor presentations, fundraising materials, and due diligence responses. This role also involves managing quarterly reporting, transaction announcements, and other regular communications to investors, as well as supporting and leading investor calls and meetings. The Vice President will be expected to monitor market and industry developments, produce updates for senior management, and manage analytical and information requests from investors. Additionally, the role includes developing thought leadership and maintaining accurate investor data through a CRM system. Applicants for the Vice President position should have relevant experience in investor relations, fundraising, placement, or client-facing roles within private equity, private credit, alternatives, or a similarly high-quality financial environment. A strong academic record, a solid understanding of private markets and global financial issues, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a diverse international audience are essential. The role requires excellent quantitative, qualitative, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to operate with confidence and judgement with senior stakeholders. Professional fluency in English is mandatory, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required, with experience in an investor relations CRM being highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards under pressure.
