The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of the operational framework, covering a range of activities including payments, settlements, reconciliations, investment operations, client servicing, and custody-related tasks. This role also involves overseeing day-to-day banking operations, operational controls, and outsourced service arrangements, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements. The Head of Operations will work closely with senior management to build an efficient and scalable operating model, manage stakeholder relationships, and support the company's growth and operational resilience objectives. Candidates for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in banking or financial services operations, particularly within a regulated environment. A strong knowledge of the various operational processes and a proven track record in managing teams and vendor relationships are essential. The role requires a candidate with a good understanding of operational risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance, and familiarity with private banking or wealth management operations is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages being beneficial.
