The successful candidate will be a key partner across the company's finance, development, and operations teams, providing senior legal advice on a wide range of matters, including corporate, commercial, financing, development, and regulatory issues. This role is pivotal in leading negotiations for complex agreements and supporting the company's long-term strategy, particularly in the context of nationally significant infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, active U.S. bar membership, and a minimum of 12 years' transactional legal experience, with a strong background in infrastructure, energy, project finance, construction, or commercial real estate. Applicants for the Chief Legal Officer position at the company should possess a proven track record in negotiating and closing high-value transactions, as well as a deep understanding of development, regulatory, and commercial contracting matters.
