The Company is in search of an SVP Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with preparing detailed credit analyses for commercial loans and will play a pivotal role in inspiring and engaging staff through exceptional leadership. This senior position involves close collaboration with the President, CEO, and Executive Leadership to set and achieve annual goals, strategic plans, and oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the organization. The SVP Operations will also be responsible for recruiting, motivating, and leading a high-performance management team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high customer service standards. Applicants for the SVP Operations role at the company should be prepared to bring a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of banking operations-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role requires outstanding leadership, strategic planning, and a thorough knowledge of bank operations. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, as is proficiency in the MS Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, be adept at problem-solving, and have the ability to manage expenses and operational risks effectively. The position also involves community engagement and the expansion of partnerships, so a proactive and dynamic approach is necessary.
