The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Committee. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of capital and asset allocation, as well as long-term wealth management strategy decisions. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including Luxembourg GAAP/IFRS consolidation, treasury management, and the valuation of investments. The CFO will also have oversight of a Real Estate Investment Fund within a multi-jurisdictional group and will be expected to maintain a direct and trusted relationship with the family shareholders and the Board.
