The Company is seeking a Head of Feedstock Sourcing to lead the development and execution of a European feedstock sourcing strategy. This senior commercial leader will be responsible for building and scaling the feedstock sourcing function, with a focus on securing reliable, long-term supply partnerships across Europe. The role involves originating, negotiating, and managing supply relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including recycling operators, automotive OEMs, industrial partners, and producer responsibility ecosystems. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's expansion, playing a central role in the long-term supply base and representing the business in discussions related to the circular economy, industrial policy, and supply chain resilience. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong commercial background in battery recycling, WEEE, e-waste, electronics recycling, or related industrial sectors. They should have a proven track record in sourcing and securing long-term supply agreements, as well as a strong network across the European recycling markets. Experience in working with recycling operators, EPR schemes, take-back systems, and compliance organizations is essential. The role requires a hands-on approach to deal origination, strategic market development, and strong stakeholder management skills. Fluency in German and English is a must, and the candidate should be based in Germany with a willingness to travel across Europe.
