The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Chicagoland Chapter. The Executive Director will be responsible for the chapter's budget, managing organizational priorities, and leading a talented team to ensure that revenue growth is effectively translated into programmatic expansion. The ideal Executive Director will be a visible leader in the Chicagoland community, with the ability to personally cultivate relationships with philanthropic, corporate, and community partners. This is a highly external-facing position that requires a development-forward approach, including the opportunity to build a more diversified development operation.
