The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and transform end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that encompass planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and S&OP. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving supply chain excellence within highly regulated environments, particularly in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industries. Key responsibilities include leading supply chain performance across commercial, clinical, and manufacturing operations, developing global supplier and contract manufacturing strategies, and overseeing demand planning, inventory optimization, and service-level performance. The VP will also be instrumental in building resilient supply chains, leading digital transformation initiatives, and establishing KPIs for continuous improvement. Applicants for the VP of Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master's preferred) and at least 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, life sciences, CDMO/CMO organizations, medical devices, cell and gene therapy, or biologics manufacturing. Expertise in global supply chain management, procurement, strategic sourcing, demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning is essential. The role demands a leader with strong executive communication, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of FDA, GMP, GDP, and regulated manufacturing environments. Experience in leading S&OP and integrated business planning processes, as well as a proven ability to manage third-party logistics providers and develop high-performing supply chain teams, is also required.
