Key responsibilities include leading and managing accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors. The role also involves overseeing financial close processes, developing and analyzing financial forecasts, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with advanced credentials such as CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record in roles such as CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or Interim CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and experience in leading organizations through periods of change, growth, or transition.
