The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President with a focus on Infrastructure Engineering and Mainframe. The successful candidate will be a seasoned expert in IBM Mainframe technology, responsible for leading infrastructure engineering initiatives with a strong emphasis on the Mainframe platform. This pivotal role involves influencing enterprise-wide technology resiliency, modernization, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include providing senior-level support and engineering expertise for IBM Mainframe infrastructure, maintaining platform stability and performance, supporting system software upgrades, and leading recovery efforts during critical incidents. The role also requires driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting capacity planning, and partnering with service management teams to enhance operational processes. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of infrastructure engineering experience, with at least 8 years' of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe engineering and support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting mission-critical production platforms in a 24x7 environment, managing complex technical incidents, and working within highly regulated financial services or similarly complex industries.
