The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, process improvement, and automation, with a focus on AI-enabled efficiencies. Key duties for the Head of Finance Operations include managing the day-to-day finance operations, optimizing ERP systems, developing financial controls, and producing operational reporting for senior leadership. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and developing finance operations teams, as well as partnering with stakeholders across various functions. The ideal candidate for the Head of Finance Operations role at the company will have a strong background in finance leadership, with previous experience in a similar capacity. They should have a proven track record in delivering process improvements and operational transformation, particularly within a multi-site organization. Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is highly desirable. The role requires a candidate with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, as well as a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
