Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Board President, chairing the Governance Committee, supporting board development, and serving as a liaison between the board, executive leadership, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a committed and experienced leader with a passion for the mission, possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, and be willing to engage in fundraising and resource development.
