The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the structure and operating model to support the company's rapid growth, particularly in the areas of web, mobile, and backend engineering, QA, and AI. This senior, hands-on leadership position involves partnering with the CEO and existing technology team to design a scalable organizational framework, developing and coaching technology leaders, and strengthening key technology partnerships. The CTO will also be instrumental in establishing governance and processes that balance the company's technology initiatives with a strong client focus, as well as providing senior technical leadership in business development. Applicants for the CTO role at the company should have extensive experience leading technology organizations, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex client and partner relationships, with a strong technical background across web, mobile, AI, QA, and architecture. Experience in a fractional, interim, or advisory capacity is essential, and the ability to operate at the executive level and directly with clients and partners is a must. The role requires a leader who is adept at developing both people and technology, and who is comfortable coaching and building senior teams. While not all requirements are mandatory, a background in automotive technology and experience with a diverse, global team structure are considered assets.
