Executive Director
About the Role
Remote (anywhere in Canada)
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead the management, operations, and philanthropic efforts of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving organizational goals, developing and updating annual business plans, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a leader with a passion for the company's mission, progressive experience in the non-profit sector, and a proven track record in philanthropic fundraising. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, support strategic planning, and manage the financial viability of the organization. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build and lead a cohesive team, and a commitment to the values of the company are essential.
