The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Fund Finance to spearhead the expansion of its fund finance business. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic growth of the platform, with a focus on leading the origination and execution of fund finance mandates, including subscription facilities, NAV lending, and hybrid facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with a diverse range of alternative asset managers, and will work closely with investment banking and capital solutions professionals to identify and expand client coverage. A key aspect of the role is to build and mentor a high-performing team, and to serve as a senior ambassador for the firm within the fund finance ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in fund finance, structured finance, private capital advisory, or a related field, with a proven track record in originating and executing complex financing transactions. A strong network across sponsors, asset managers, lenders, and institutional investors is essential, as is an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership experience with the ability to influence at the executive level.
