The Company is seeking a Head of Development for biomethane projects in the Polish market. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and expanding a portfolio of biomethane projects, as well as identifying and pursuing new investment and business opportunities in the sector. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including conducting business development activities, assessing the potential of new projects, and engaging in negotiation processes. The Head of Development will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring the regulatory environment, and ensuring the successful implementation of the development strategy, budget, and business goals. Applicants for the Head of Development position should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in the energy sector, with a focus on distributed energy production, biogas, biomethane, or renewable energy sources. A strong background in business development, investment project development, or operational management is essential, as is a minimum of 3 years' experience in team management and leadership. The role requires a good knowledge of the biomethane market, its regulatory environment, and the specifics of investment projects, as well as the ability to build long-term business strategies, manage budgets, and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups. Very good English skills are necessary, and an MBA degree would be an advantage.
