The Company is seeking a President to lead its mission of advancing reproductive equity and justice. The successful candidate will be a transformational leader with a passion for reproductive rights, responsible for setting the strategic direction, stewarding organizational health, and serving as the principal external leader. This role demands a seasoned, values-driven executive with a proven track record in organizational management, fundraising, and a deep understanding of the progressive advocacy landscape. The President will be the public face of the organization, elevating its brand, and will be tasked with driving organizational growth, leading fundraising efforts, and overseeing the financial and operational health. Key responsibilities include cultivating relationships with policymakers, donors, and community stakeholders, as well as leading a talented team to achieve the organization's goals. Candidates for the President position at the company should have significant leadership experience, preferably in a progressive advocacy setting, and a minimum of 5 years' of administrative experience. The role requires a candidate with the ability to lead through complexity, translate strategy into measurable progress, and a commitment to intersectional approaches that expand access to care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, including major gifts solicitation, and experience in nonprofit governance. They must be adept at building and nurturing a diverse, equity-driven team, and be prepared to work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and operations. A regular presence in the Boston office and travel across the region is also a requirement.
