The Company is seeking a Head of AI Solutions for Technology with a focus on AI. This executive-level role is pivotal in leading the development of a unified AI strategy and delivering production-grade AI solutions at scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting AI platforms, building a world-class engineering team, and ensuring the AI solutions meet the highest standards of stability, scalability, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on, builder's role that demands deep expertise in generative AI, LLM engineering, and agentic systems design, as well as a proven track record in leading large-scale engineering organizations. The Head of AI Solutions for Technology will also be tasked with establishing AI governance, managing a significant technology budget, and fostering strategic partnerships with leading AI providers. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, with a strong background in AI/ML engineering, MLOps, and cloud AI platforms. Leadership skills are essential, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and operate effectively in a matrixed organization. A deep understanding of financial services operations, particularly in the areas of KYC/AML, fraud, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting, is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader who can attract and retain top technical talent, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and operate with clarity and urgency in high-stakes, ambiguous environments. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in a related field being preferred.
