Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering leadership, with at least 5 years in a management role, and a background in financial applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead with urgency and ownership, and a genuine enthusiasm for AI. They should be adept at translating customer and market signals into a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and be experienced in engaging with major accounts.
