This includes ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting, leading group-level financial consolidation, and maintaining full compliance with multi-jurisdiction tax regulations. The Head of Finance will also be involved in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring, as well as supporting executive decision-making and process optimization initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, with a proven track record in managing international financial operations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory, and a Master's degree, along with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent, is highly preferred. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong expertise in multi-jurisdiction tax frameworks, and experience with intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and cross-border invoicing.
