The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the Vice Dean for Administration and Finance. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, providing executive oversight of the school's administrative enterprise, including finance, human resources, operations, facilities, information technology, analytics, and organizational effectiveness. This role is pivotal in advancing the school's strategic priorities, with a focus on operational excellence, long-range financial planning, and the stewardship of institutional resources. The COO will work in close partnership with the Dean, faculty, staff, and the broader community to ensure that the various administrative areas are aligned and synergized to support the school's bold, shared goals.
