The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of key areas, including resident care, staffing, financial management, quality assurance, and family/resident satisfaction. This role demands a strong leader with a background in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care administration, and a deep understanding of the relevant regulations and best practices. The Executive Director will be the face of the community, building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, and will be expected to manage the community's budget, oversee billing, payroll, and expense control, and ensure the community's financial health and sustainability. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a similar discipline. A minimum of 2-3 years' of experience in a similar role is required, along with a strong knowledge of Wisconsin DHS 83 regulations.
