The Company is seeking a Head of CoE Accounting to lead its global Accounting Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for Group accounting governance, IFRS compliance, and the continuous development of accounting standards across the organization. Key responsibilities include driving organizational change, process harmonization, and finance transformation initiatives, as well as overseeing the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group accounting framework. The role demands a strong understanding of accounting governance, reporting processes, and internal controls, and the ability to influence senior management. Applicants for the Head of CoE Accounting position at the company should have a degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline, with professional qualifications such as CPA, Wirtschaftsprüfer, or equivalent being highly desirable. Extensive experience in Group Accounting, Corporate Finance with IFRS, and consolidated financial statements expertise is essential. The role requires proven leadership experience within complex international organizations, a strong interest in digitalization, automation, AI applications, and data analytics, and experience with modern ERP and financial reporting systems.
