The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and shaping the global marketing strategy, with a focus on sharpening the company's positioning in a rapidly changing market, strengthening its brand and category leadership, and building a high-performing marketing engine. This role goes beyond demand generation; it involves translating market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth and requires close collaboration with sales, product, and customer teams. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding B2B SaaS marketing leader with a proven track record in a high-growth environment, capable of leading a team of 20+ and driving strategic projects for the company. Applicants for the Global VP Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in HR Tech, Future of Work, collaboration, productivity, or knowledge/AI platforms.
